By no means are they who you need to choose from, the area has many and your current mortgage specialist may already be licensed in other provinces…so please check with them first.
I indicated their areas of specialties at the end in brackets so you know who to contact for what area of inspections. Not all do the same as the other as most are WETT certified, some incorporate sanitary videos, others test Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) & mold for air quality. I strongly urge you to check them out all out and consider your needs to their abilities.
