Like many transactions, relationships with others are necessary. I have many ‘feet on the ground’ in any of the East Coast areas I serve who work with us on the physical showings and accessing data. They become my partners who will advocate with you to get the best conditions to your purchase as possible.

Absolutely you can! Your agent here likely has contacts there…or will seek out other’s recommendations. One advantage with me, is if you are not 100% on which area to move to, you only ever need me and not multiple agents. I handle that for you with my many colleagues.

Yes, I do!  I am often there on behalf of both buyers and sellers from any of the areas I serve. I’ll sometimes be in Halifax, Saint John, Fredericton and various areas.  My schedule will vary on many factors but mainly focused on the work I am doing here in the Toronto market.

I am well versed on the East Coast in Fredericton, Saint John, southern NB in Charlotte County where I grew up. I lived and sold in these New Brunswick areas.  For Nova Scotia, I lived and sold in the HRM, which takes in Halifax, Dartmouth, the Sackvilles, Fall River and surrounding communities.  For areas beyond, I rely on many local experts to facilitate showings.
